Inside Sales

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who values creativity, customer service, autonomy and contributing to team with a track record of success.

Our company has been serving our clients with superior promotional solutions for almost 30 years, including branding, printing, service recognition and associated technology solutions. You will help us achieve our aggressive growth targets by providing exceptional customer service to drive sales. Our focus on providing superior value to our customers is a direct result of the strong team we employ. The Inside Sales position will play in integral role in ensuring our continued success.

The primary job duties include:

  • Outbound phone sales to established customers or new prospects
  • Answer inbound customer calls and meet with walk-in business to achieve sales
  • Handle inside sales process from proposal to close
  • Assist the outside sales department with the development of proposals, presentations, and research to drive successful results
  • Follow-up with prospects and customers to ensure we are exceeding their expectations
  • Listening to customer needs and creating appropriate recommendations

We are looking for inside sales, customer service or call center experience, however, we will consider someone who presents the skills we consider essential to be successful in this position, including:

  • Assertive and goal-oriented personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet and exceed the job responsibilities
  • Aptitude to learn and understand our products, services and industry. Extensive training and guidance will be provided.
  • A desire and passion for personal growth and excellence
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

Extensive training will be provided. Full benefits, 100% paid by Lasting Image, including medical, dental, eye and prescriptions, paid time off, paid sick days and more. This full time position will require you to be at our office between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding the lunch hour.

Recognition Customer Service Representative

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who values customer service, autonomy and contributing to team with a track record of success.  Our company has been serving our clients with superior promotional solutions for almost 30 years, including branding, printing, service recognition and associated technology solutions.  Our focus is on providing superior value to our customers is a direct result of the strong team we employ.

The recognition program Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is the central point of communication between the client, Sales and production on each order. As such, the CSR will have direct contact with our clients so it is imperative that the candidate have strong communication and problem solving skills. This position will support our recognition program clients by processing orders, interacting with clients and client employees regarding orders and ensuring orders are delivered. Also, this position plays a pivotal role in the management of the program including building and modifying on-line store sites, updating gift offerings and researching customer gift requests. Continuous follow-up with clients and internal resources is essential to ensure we exceed customer expectations.   

Job requirements:

  • At least 3 years of successful customer service responsibility, preferably related to the support of a sales organization.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong math skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Must be able to work well in Outlook, word and excel. Other programs are taught.
