Sales Support

Excellent position for a highly-motivated individual who values creativity, customer service, autonomy and contributing to a team with a track record of success. Our company has been serving clients with superior promotional solutions for almost 30 years, including branding, printing, service recognition and associated technology solutions. You will help us achieve our aggressive growth targets by providing exceptional support to drive sales. Our focus on providing superior value to our customers is a direct result of the strong team we employ.

The Sales Support position will play an integral role in ensuring our continued success.

The primary job duties include:

  • Assist the outside sales team with research of products, development of ideas and presentations to drive successful results.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and meet with walk-in business.
  • Handle inside sales process from research to proposal (and following up on the proposal), to typing the order which is then handed off to a CSR, to follow through.
  • Follow up with customers to assist in closing sales.
  • Listening to customer needs and creating appropriate recommendations.

Additional duties:

  • Make calls to a database of clients and customers we market. The goal is to build a relationship over time. There are no pressure calls.
  • Create sales from those calls and handle the research, development and presentations for your own accounts.

Personality traits and skills we look for:

  • You must have a strong desire to learn new things. We are in a very creative industry which requires learning products, imprint techniques and learning to be empathetic to the client through questions and in-depth listening skills.
  • Assertive and goal-oriented personality.

On-Line Web Store Customer Service Representative

We are adding another team member to our service recognition program. Excellent position for a highly motivated individual who values customer service, autonomy and contributing to a team with a track record of success. You must be a good typist, possess great phone voice and genuinely love helping clients and making them feel special. You must be detail oriented.

Our recognition programs require you to build the certificate packages, assist in managing the gift selections under each client’s budgets as well as processing orders for the client’s employees who are being recognized. There will be special requests from time to time.

The Recognition Customer Service position will play in integral role in ensuring our continued success.

The primary job duties include:

  • Process gift orders we receive on line.
  • Building recognition sites and continually searching & updating new gift selections.
  • Preparing certificate packages for upcoming months for each of our client’s programs.
  • Answer inbound customer calls for questions about the gift selection or to research a specific request the employee may have.

Personality and skills needed:

  • Friendly and helpful personality.
  • Great with data entry, knowledge of computers.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently to meet and exceed the job responsibilities.
  • Aptitude to learn and understand our products, services and industry.

Production Art & Graphic Design

This is a very diverse position that includes some production, mostly creative. This person will be very involved in our marketing efforts offering the sales people the marketing materials needed in their roles. You will be doing a lot of marketing and design of our own company. You will gain a significant amount of business knowledge; marketing skills and a new perspective of design. If you want to expand your horizons, we are looking for a passionate designer. You will work both independently along with set goals for each month.

This position requires graphic and design skills with many projects that have tight deadlines.

The major duties, but not in its entirety are:

  • Creating proofs on all orders (production work). This accounts for 20-30% of our flow.
  • Creating brochures and marketing pieces to promote our services. (70-80%)
  • Creating monthly mailers and e-mail blasts.
  • Updating our web site and e-mail signatures.
  • Handling all internal & external design (Bulletin boards, posters, signage, flyers, etc.)
  • Create PowerPoints for presentations.
  • This is fast paced position. You must be comfortable in a position where speed and “knocking out jobs” is critical.

We do expect the following requirements:

  • Graphic and design experience (Business to Business).
  • The desire to learn marketing. We can teach you how we go to market.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills are helpful.
  • Industry knowledge will be taught and required (learning the catalogs, understanding pricing structure and understanding our printing process).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel & Outlook including Power Point.
  • Excellent with illustrator, Photoshop, CS products and InDesign.
  • Web site & HTML not required, but helpful. You must be willing to learn on your own time.
  • There will be areas where you are required to learn “how to” by researching and learning on your own.
  • Any other projects that are assigned.
