Inside Sales Account Manager

Operations Associate – Digital Print Shop:

This position takes the daily directive from the Print Shop Manager. You will ensure that designs received are correct through a pre-press graphic program. You will run jobs on digital presses, loads and unloads the digital presses, runs jobs on the wide format, loads and unloads the wide format printer and is involved in bindery. Once an order is entered in our system, your role is to manage the order from design through packaging for our delivery process team.

Reports to: Print Shop Managers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design and Prepress Work Flow
  • Responsible for ensuring all files we receive are properly designed for the outcome the client is expecting.
  • Skilled in mainstream graphics programs including: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
  • Receive all Work Orders from the manager
  • Review the work order for paper needs
  • Ensure papers are in stock for the work orders
  • Orders papers as needed – upon receipt, put paper in proper place for storage
  • Review the art work we received from the customer. Check all files, colors and graphics to make sure all pre-press work is complete to print the job
  • Keep production dates in finished date order and strive to meet delivery dates
- Load the digital presses as needed per the Work Orders
  • Canon VP10000
  • Canon 800C (digital press and envelopes)
  • Zante Envelope Press
- Unload the digital presses and take the finished printed job to bindery
  • Perform bindery of all types (cutting, folding, perforating, gluing etc.)
- Load and unload the Wide Format per the work orders
  • Based on the work order, load the correct papers in the Roland VS640-8 color
  • Laminated as needed
  • Orders papers and laminate as needed
  • Cut to size as needed and or apply to substrate and cut as needed
- This is a fast-paced environment - timely actions and meeting deadlines is a must
- Work cohesively with all employees
- Be a proactive Associate – do not wait for things to happen, make them happen
- Timeliness of all jobs to delivery date, constant follow up where needed
- Make decisions to better the company in the line of the owner’s training
- All other duties as assigned that keeps work moving throughout and out of the facility

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Bindery
  • Understand the programming of the digital cutter
  • Understand how to operate the collator
  • Ensure the facility stays clean, snow is removed, and system failures are attended to

Warehouse Manager

This person will manage all aspects of the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, picking, packing and preparing orders to be shipped out, cleaning, organizing, and updating systems as needed. The position also handles kitting which is packing projects such as envelope stuffing, mug inserts, bags filled with various products. We also manage customer’s trade show exhibits which include setting them up, changing parts, as well as handling customer supplied products. The warehouse is in charge of our deliveries as well.

The Position:
Warehouse manager with one other person to assist you. This is a very busy warehouse, and requires you to be a working manager. You must understand computers and have great math skills.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years of warehouse management experience.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Knowledge of set up of a warehouse and experience with inventory.
  • You will be required to learn our systems.
  • You must be willing to do the day to day pick and pack work.
  • Able to lift heavy boxes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel.
  • Whatever it takes attitude with a genuine service attitude to serve clients.
  • Any other projects or assignments that are assigned.

Our main office is in Sinking Spring. Our warehouse is 14,000 square feet in Reinhold’s, Pa. This position is in Reinhold’s, Pa 17569. The warehouse has low ceiling and there is no fork lift.
