Inside Sales Account Manager

Customer Advocate - Sales Support & Service

This position plays an integral role in ensuring our continued success.

Overview:
This role is responsible for a selected group of customers. Each customer has an outside sales rep and an internal support person to assist with the clients needs. This role will help research ideas, organize presentations, order samples, help the outside sales person with the details of his/her day. This position will also type up and process orders. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure all branding standards, details on the order including the in hands date, shipping location and any other details are managed to ensure a stress-free delivery to the customer. There is a lot of follow up in this position, requiring you to call customers and suppliers to ensure everything is as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with process from proposal to close
  • Outbound phone calls to follow up with established customers
  • Answer inbound customer calls and meet with walk-in business
  • Assist the outside sales department with the development of proposals, presentations, and research to drive successful results
  • Listening to customer needs and creating appropriate recommendations
  • Process orders and manage the details on each order
  • Managing orders for your responsible accounts to ensure timely and quality deliveries
  • Aptitude to learn and understand our products, services and industry
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have a natural comfort with computers and technology
  • All other duties as assigned

Compensation: $15.00-16.00/hourly

We offer competitive hourly compensation. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance paid 100%. 4 vacation days after 6 months, 10 vacation days after 1 year. 5 Sick days after one year. 401k after 1 year of service.
