Inside Sales Account Manager

Customer Care Coordinator

Seeking an exceptional, talented customer care coordinator with experience in managing the flow of detailed orders with deadlines. Join our growing company. Celebrating 29 years as a successful promotional marketing company. Candidates must be comfortable under tight deadlines, multiple tasks at the same time and heavy workload. Your role is to manage orders. You are the coordinator to ensure those orders are processed correctly and delivered to the client on time. You are the Hub of All Communication. It is a challenging and rewarding position.

The right candidate must be proficient with computer technology, with demonstrated experience in customer service. Candidates must be highly organized and be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. You will need to adapt to quick revisions to match clients' requests. The position also involves frequent follow through on multiple orders.

    • Creating brochures, graphic design and pre-press.
    • Creating Proofs on all orders.
    • Digital Press (Canon VP 10000), large format printing (Roland VS640) and laser engraver (Epilog). We will teach those with a desire to learn.
    • Detail oriented graphically and in written content.
    • Must thrive in a deadline-driven work environment.


    • 1-3 years of digital print experience
    • Skilled in mainstream graphics programs including: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional), and CorelDraw.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

    Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-5 (one-hour unpaid lunch)

      Salary: $12-15.00 based on your experience. We offer 100% paid medical coverage including eye, dental, prescription for each employee. We offer paid time off starting with 4 days after 6 months, 10 days after one year and 5 paid sick days (which we pay you for any unused days at the end of the year).
