Employee Benefits:

Eligible Lasting Image employees are currently provided with a wide range of benefits.

The following benefit programs are currently available to the eligible employee, subject to certain terms and conditions:

100% Paid:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Prescription Plan
$5,000.00 Deductible.
$3,000.00 Deductible with $17.25 Bi-weekly Co-pay.

PTO (Paid Time Off) Benefits:
PTO is available to eligible employees of Lasting Image in order to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits.

  • 6 months of service - 4 PTO days
  • 1 year of service - 10 PTO days
  • 3 years of service - 12 PTO days
  • 5 years of service - 15 PTO days
  • 10 years of service - 18 PTO days
  • 15 years if service - 20 PTO days
Sick Days:
  • 6 months of service - 2 days
  • 1 year of service - 5 days
Unused days are paid back in whole at the end of the year if still employed


  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Friday, following Thanksgiving (Black Friday)
  • One-half (1/2) day on Christmas Eve (December 24) - start by 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m., depending on position, leave by noon (one-half day)
  • Christmas (December 25)

401K Retirement Plan:
Lasting has established a 401(K) Retirement Plan.
In order to be eligible to join Lasting Image 401(K) Retirement Plan, an employee must complete one (1) full calendar year of full-time service and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. An eligible employee may join the Plan only during open enrollment periods. An eligible employee may participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Plan, as may be amended from time to time.
